If the product has not been approved
In this case you will need to follow the process outlined in How do I add a new Product to my Certificate section.
If the product has been approved, have there been changes to any ingredients, proportions of ingredients or ingredient suppliers that ACO
need to be notified about?
This is an important step, and one that many people get wrong. The first thing you need to do
when submitting a new label, is make sure the ingredients on the ingredients panel are the
same as the currently approved label for your certified product.
If there are any changes, then this is deemed to be a new product, and you will need to follow
the process outlined in How do I add a new Product to my Certificate section.
